Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 # pork sausage
  • 2 1/2 cup croutons
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13 pan. Cover bottom of pan with croutons.
  2. Cook and drain sausage.
  3. Put on top of croutons.
  4. Add cheese.
  5. Mix up eggs and milk and dry mustard.
  6. Put on top of cheese.
  7. Mix 1/2 cup of milk with soup and pour over top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate over night.
  9. Top with cheese. Next morning.
  10. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hrs.
