Eggnog for a Crowd
Ingredients
- 12 Eggs separated
- 1 Pint of brandy
- 1 Pint of light rum
- 1 1/2 Quarts of milk
- 1 Pint of heavy cream
Instructions
- Beat the sugar in with the egg yolks. Stir in slowly; brandy, rum, milk and cream. Chill well. Stiffly beat the egg whites. Fold the egg whites into the eggnog mixture. Do not serve with ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #260 by “Deborah K?hnen” on Oct 3, 97
