Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 slices bread cubed
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 pound hot sausage cooked
- 4 Eggs
- 2 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
Instructions
- brown suasage, drain grease
- spray bottom of casserole dish
- cover bottom of casserole with half bread cubes
- sprinkle half of cheese over bread
- sprinkle half of sausage over cheese
- repeat
- pour egg mixture over
- freeze or fridge
- to bake - 350 degrees covered for 15 minutes
- 325 degrees 1 hour
