Complete Breakfast Banana Shake
Ingredients
- Banana
- Vanilla yogurt
- Egg; (optional)
- milk
Instructions
- In blender (or processor), put peeled bananas, several tablespoons vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt with 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring), approximately 1 cup milk. Blend until completely mixed.
