Complete Breakfast Banana Shake

Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Egg; (optional)
  • milk

Instructions

  1. In blender (or processor), put peeled bananas, several tablespoons vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt with 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring), approximately 1 cup milk. Blend until completely mixed.
