Breakfast Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 red or white onion peeled and chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil. Add onion and tomato to pan and stir fry.
  2. Add ground turkey and continue to stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
  3. Add tomato sauce, mixed herbs, salt, pepper and stir fry for 5 minutes until meat is cooked through.
  4. Tip: tastes great with sliced avocado on top.
