Berry Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt low-fat
- 1/4 cup Lowfat Milk
- 1/2 cup Blueberries and or strawberries
- 1/2 cup Strawberries and or blueberries
Instructions
- Place the Greek yogurt, milk, and berries in a blender and blend until the berries are liquefied. Add the ice cubes and blend on high until thick and smooth. Serve immediately.
