Breakfast Blend

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ground Flaxseed ground
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds ground
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds ground
  • 1/2 cup dried coconut flakes dessicated

Instructions

  1. Grind flax seed by it self.
  2. Sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds can be ground together.
  3. Add coconut at end.
