Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs Beaten
- 1 Lb Little Smokies
- 1-1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Cheddar, shredded
- 8 Slices Bread torn into pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 Cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased slow cooker.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top
- Cover and cook 2 hours on high, than 1 hour on low.
