Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Green onion Chopped
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Original
  • 3 oz Monterey jack cheese Grated
  • 2 drops Hot Sauce
  • 3 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese Grated
  • 1 pinch Seasoning Salt
  • 1 bag Hash Browns Shredded

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage and onions. Add Mrs. Dash and seasoning salt. Line the bottom of a 8X8 in glass baking dish or individual ramekins with hash browns - 1 inch thick. Sprinkle hash browns with drained sausage mixture. Mix together eggs, milk, mustard, and hot sauce and pour over meat and hash browns. Top with cheeses. Best refrigerated overnight. Cook at 350 degrees, 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden.
  2. Double recipe in 9X13 pan.
