Party Puffs with egg salad or ham salad

Ingredients

  • 1 c water
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 c All purpose flour
  • egg salad
  • 6 Eggs; hard-boiled
  • 1/3 c Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbs chutney finely chopped
  • 2 Green onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Curry powder
  • Ham
  • 1 cAN deviled ham
  • 1 pkg 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbs green pepper finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Horseradish
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In sause pan over med heat bring water and butter to a boil. add flour all at once and stir until a smooth ball forms. Remove form heat and let it stand for 5 minutes
  2. Add egs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and shiny. drop by tsp 2 in apart onto greased baking sheet.
  3. bake a 400 for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. but a slit in each puff to allow steam to escape, cool completely.
  4. make salad and fill each buff after remove soft dough for inside.
