Party Puffs with egg salad or ham salad
Ingredients
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c All purpose flour
- egg salad
- 6 Eggs; hard-boiled
- 1/3 c Mayonnaise
- 3 tbs chutney finely chopped
- 2 Green onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- Ham
- 1 cAN deviled ham
- 1 pkg 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tbs green pepper finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Horseradish
- 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In sause pan over med heat bring water and butter to a boil. add flour all at once and stir until a smooth ball forms. Remove form heat and let it stand for 5 minutes
- Add egs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and shiny. drop by tsp 2 in apart onto greased baking sheet.
- bake a 400 for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. but a slit in each puff to allow steam to escape, cool completely.
- make salad and fill each buff after remove soft dough for inside.
