Egg Scramble
Ingredients
- 1 Dozen Eggs Beaten
- 1 Can Mushroom soup Healthy choice
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 8 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb Sausage Bob Evans sage
- 9 slices Bread Early American white
Instructions
- Line 9x13 pan with butter and crustless bread.
- Add cooked and crumbled sausage.
- Mix all other ingredients(other than the cheese) in a bowl and pour over the bread.
- Top with cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes with cover.
- Remove cover and bake for another 20 minutes.
