Better’n Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz carton Better’n Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Low fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 2 Tbsp dill relish
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6-12 slices bread of choice

Instructions

  1. 1. Bake Better’n Eggs in a non-stick skillet at low heat for about 8 minutes. Let cool and chop.
  2. 2. Microwave 2 slices of bacon to crisp. Let cool & crumble.
  3. 2. Combine eggs, mayonaisse, celery, relish, bacon, salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Cover and chill.
  4. 3. Add salad greens, sliced tomato and sprouts for flavor and texture.
  5. 4. Spread on bread and enjoy
