Better’n Egg Salad Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 16oz carton Better’n Eggs
- 1/4 cup Low fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 2 Tbsp dill relish
- 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 6-12 slices bread of choice
Instructions
- 1. Bake Better’n Eggs in a non-stick skillet at low heat for about 8 minutes. Let cool and chop.
- 2. Microwave 2 slices of bacon to crisp. Let cool & crumble.
- 2. Combine eggs, mayonaisse, celery, relish, bacon, salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Cover and chill.
- 3. Add salad greens, sliced tomato and sprouts for flavor and texture.
- 4. Spread on bread and enjoy
