Eggs In The Basket Recipe

Ingredients

• bread
• eggs
• butter

Instructions

1. preheat griddle
2. With something you can make circle in center of bread with (like a lid off of the non cooking spray) twist circle into bread and set center aside.
3. Butter bread and center.
4. Place on griddle and break egg in center of bread-cook until egg is cooked to desired doneness, then flip to cook other side.
5. (I like to make at least 10-12 of these as they go fast! Cooking time depends on how many you desire to make!
