Super Easy Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 -3 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup organic yogurt (I use Stonyfield Farms Banilla)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered soy protein concentrate
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice (or orange juice)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Enjoy.
