Wonderful “Buttermilk” Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/3 c Water
- 1 ts Egg Beaters? 99% egg
- 1/2 ts Baking soda
- 1 c Whole-grain wheat flour –
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 2 tb Water
- 6 oz Yogurt, skim milk – * see

- Note
- Well beaten with:
- 1 ts Baking Powder
Instructions
- Blend the yogurt, water, and Egg Replacer mixture thoroughly. Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until moistened. Cook on a nonstick griddle over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes total.
