Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced onions
  • 16 ounces Turkey breakfast sausage
  • 1 pound frozen shredded potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned salt
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. cook sausage in pan until browned. Drain fat if any Then return meat to pan. Add maple syrup and Continue cooking 2 minutes longer. Remove promptly from pan and spread into lightly sprayed 9x13 glass pan.
  2. Scramble eggs in medium mixing bowl and all other ingredients other than the potatoes & cheddar cheese.
  3. Cover the sausage lined pan with potatoes & then pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes.
  4. Lastly cover the top of the potatoes with cheddar cheese
  5. Bake in oven at 350 Uncovered for 1 hour
