Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 Eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 16 ounces Turkey breakfast sausage
- 1 pound frozen shredded potatoes
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
Instructions
- cook sausage in pan until browned. Drain fat if any Then return meat to pan. Add maple syrup and Continue cooking 2 minutes longer. Remove promptly from pan and spread into lightly sprayed 9x13 glass pan.
- Scramble eggs in medium mixing bowl and all other ingredients other than the potatoes & cheddar cheese.
- Cover the sausage lined pan with potatoes & then pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes.
- Lastly cover the top of the potatoes with cheddar cheese
- Bake in oven at 350 Uncovered for 1 hour
