Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 Large Eggs
  • 6 Strips Bacon Chopped
  • 6 Sun-dried Tomato halves Diced
  • 3 Scallions Thinley Sliced

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the Eggs
  2. 2. Make Mayo
  3. 3. Dice Tomatoes and onions and put into bowl.
  4. 4. Peel and chop the eggs and put into the bowl.
  5. 5. Add the bacon and 1/4 cup mayo
  6. 6. Mix to combine and add more Mayo if desired
