Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 12 Large Eggs
- 6 Strips Bacon Chopped
- 6 Sun-dried Tomato halves Diced
- 3 Scallions Thinley Sliced
Instructions
- 1. Boil the Eggs
- 2. Make Mayo
- 3. Dice Tomatoes and onions and put into bowl.
- 4. Peel and chop the eggs and put into the bowl.
- 5. Add the bacon and 1/4 cup mayo
- 6. Mix to combine and add more Mayo if desired
