Cheesy Egg Breakfast Cups

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Cheese Shredded
  • Cooking Spray For cupcake tin
  • Salt To taste
  • Ground black pepper To taste
  • Meat (Optional)
  • Vegetables (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Grease a cupcake tin with cooking spray. Crack the eggs into the tin, putting each egg into a different vessel. (It’s okay if the yolks crack!) Put the meat (if having it) and/or vegetables (if having it) into the whites of the egg. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on top of each egg. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top of the egg whites turn golden- ish. Cool 10 minutes and serve warm.
