Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 2 cups Shredded cheese
- 6 Eggs
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Instructions
- Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Tear bread into small pieces and put in the bottom of the casserole dish.
- Brown and drain sausage, crumble over bread.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top of the sausage and bread.
- Beat eggs and dry mustard, then pour over mixture in casserole dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
