- 0.25 Litres Lite Milk & Soy Milk
- 3.75 Litres Juice
- 0.5 kg Yogurt
- 1.25 kg Peaches
- 12.5 ea Butter Portions
- 0.6 kg Bananas
- 0.6 kg Red Apples
- 0.6 kg Pears or Peaches
- 0.6 kg Mandarines or Oranges
- DRY GOODS
- 1.3 kg Cereals
- 12.5 ea Toast Spreads
- FROZEN GOODS
- 1.25 Loaf White Bread
- 0.5 Loaf Wholemeal
- 1 Loaf Raisin Toast
Instructions
- 7:30 am -
- -Set up white trolley in the cool room with the “COLD GOODS” section
- -Refill cereal containers & toast spreads
- -Set up dishwasher and wash dirty glasses
- -Set up serving table in the dining room, one table for toast related items and one for cereals
- -Put gluten free cereal on the dishwasher side of the servery
- -Set up the gluten free toaster
- -Start cooking toast a few minutes before 8 am
