Bagel with Avocado and Scrambled Egg
Ingredients
- 2 WW bagels
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 Eggs + 2 eggs for thursdays breakfast
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Toast bagel
- 2. Scramble 4 eggs over medium to low heat, season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Place 1/2 the scrambled eggs into a container and place in the fridge for Thursdays breakfast
- 4. Smash 1/4 of an avocado onto each bagel and season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Serve with scrambled egg on the side.
