Bagel with Avocado and Scrambled Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 WW bagels
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 Eggs + 2 eggs for thursdays breakfast
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Toast bagel
  2. 2. Scramble 4 eggs over medium to low heat, season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Place 1/2 the scrambled eggs into a container and place in the fridge for Thursdays breakfast
  4. 4. Smash 1/4 of an avocado onto each bagel and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Serve with scrambled egg on the side.
