Healthy Whole Wheat Waffles with Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole-wheat flour
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 2 tablespoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon optional
- dash Nutmeg optional
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoon Canola Oil
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Gently stir in all wet ingredients until just combined. Pour batter onto a preheated and greased waffle iron. Serve hot with syrup and fruit.
