Egg Sandwich with Canadian Bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs whisked
  • 1/2 ounce Canadian bacon or slice of ham
  • 1 cup spinach steamed
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through. Toss in the Canadian bacon and spinach, cook until heated. Pile the eggs, bacon, and spinach on toasted bread.
