Spring Salad Toast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread- brown
  • black pepper as required
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sprout bean
  • 8 pieces lettuce leaf
  • salt as required
  • 4 apple
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 carrot
  • 200 gm paneer

Instructions

  1. Firstly, place lettuce leaves over a chopping board and chop them. Also, slice the apples. On the other hand, steam the sprouts and grate the carrots using a grater. Now, take a bowl and mash paneer and keep all of them aside.
  2. Next, take a bowl and add mashed paneer, chopped lettuce leaves, grated carrots, steamed sprouts, sesame oil, lemon juice, black pepper and salt. Now mix them all well.
  3. Now, toast the bread slices in the toaster and keep them onto a plate. Add sliced apples on the toasts and then put the dressing made. Place another toast onto the stuffing and serve!
