Breakfast casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce can crescent rolls
  • 1 Pound Sausage
  • 6 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Crumble sausage in medium skillet
  2. Cook over medium heat until browned stirring occasionally
  3. Drain well
  4. Line bottom of buttered 13x9x2 inch baking dish with crescent rolls firmly pressing perforations to seal
  5. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese
  6. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage
  7. Bake at 425 for 15 min or until set
  8. Let stand 5 min
  9. Cut into squares and serve
