Breakfast casserole
Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce can crescent rolls
- 1 Pound Sausage
- 6 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- Pepper
Instructions
- Crumble sausage in medium skillet
- Cook over medium heat until browned stirring occasionally
- Drain well
- Line bottom of buttered 13x9x2 inch baking dish with crescent rolls firmly pressing perforations to seal
- Sprinkle with sausage and cheese
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage
- Bake at 425 for 15 min or until set
- Let stand 5 min
- Cut into squares and serve
