Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pork Sausage
  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 5 large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage until browned.
  2. Add hash browns to sausage and cook to soften has browns.
  3. Place crescent rolls on bottom of 9x12 casserole dish
  4. Pour sausage and hash brown mixture onto crust.
  5. Top with cheese
  6. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; mix
  7. Pour over sausage mixture
  8. Bake 35 minutes at 375.
