Woo Your Guests with This Turkish Breakfast Dish
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 3 tablespoons chopped dill
- 1 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt, to taste
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Infuse the yogurt. Stir together Greek yogurt, dill, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate while preparing the rest of the dish.
- Fry the eggs. You already have your favorite method for this.
- Spice up the butter. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Melt the butter with crushed red pepper and paprika, stirring frequently.
- Assemble it. Divide the yogurt between 2 bowls. Top with a fried egg, drizzle with spiced butter and sprinkle with coarse salt, dill, and parsley.
