Old-Fashioned Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 6 Eggs Hard-cooked, chopped
  • 2 ts Lemon juice
  • 1 ts Dried minced onion
  • 1/4 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c Celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 ts Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in eggs and celery. Cover and chill. For each serving, spoon about 1/2 cup onto a lettuce leaf or spread on bread.
