Old-Fashioned Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 6 Eggs Hard-cooked, chopped
- 2 ts Lemon juice
- 1 ts Dried minced onion
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c Celery finely chopped
- 1/4 ts Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in eggs and celery. Cover and chill. For each serving, spoon about 1/2 cup onto a lettuce leaf or spread on bread.
