Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust (about 16-ounces)
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup chopped or crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 6 slices Canadian bacon
  • 1/2 dairy free mozzarella shreds
  • 1/4 cup liquid mozzarella
  • 1 cup arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven with a pizza stone to 450˚F.
  2. Melt dairy free butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season and scramble the eggs until smooth and add to the skillet. Allow them to cook, stirring frequently until they are opaque, but still loose and wet. Remove them from the heat and set them aside.
  3. Spread a layer of cornstarch over your pizza peel and stretch the pizza dough to desired size.
  4. Top with sauce, sausage, bacon and cooked eggs.
  5. Sprinkle dairy free cheese and spoon liquid mozzarella on top.
  6. Transfer the pizza to the stone and bake until the cheese is melted and your crust is golden brown.*
  7. Remove from oven and allow pizza to cool for about 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with arugula before slicing.
