Ingredients

  • 1 397g Can of condensed milk
  • 250 grams Rolled oats
  • 75 Grams Shredded coconut
  • 100 Grams Dried cranberries
  • 125 Grams Mixed seeds
  • 125 Grams Natural shelled peanuts

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 130 C
  2. Oil a 23x33cm tin
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients together
  4. Warm the condensed milk in a large pan
  5. Mix the warmed condensed milk into the dry mix
  6. Mix thoroughly
  7. Press into tin
  8. Cook for 1 hr
  9. Leave to cool for 15 mins before cutting into bars
