Breakfast Bars
Ingredients
- 1 397g Can of condensed milk
- 250 grams Rolled oats
- 75 Grams Shredded coconut
- 100 Grams Dried cranberries
- 125 Grams Mixed seeds
- 125 Grams Natural shelled peanuts
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 130 C
- Oil a 23x33cm tin
- Mix all the dry ingredients together
- Warm the condensed milk in a large pan
- Mix the warmed condensed milk into the dry mix
- Mix thoroughly
- Press into tin
- Cook for 1 hr
- Leave to cool for 15 mins before cutting into bars
