Stuffed Bell Peppers Breakfast Style

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Ricotta Cheese part skim
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1 lb Sliced Mushrooms
  • 3 Chicken Sausages chopped
  • 8 oz Spinach chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 6 Bell Peppers
  • Seasonings
  • Lentils ?
  • 1 tsp garlic

Instructions

  1. Saute mushrooms and onions. Chop sausages
  2. Mix together all ingredients
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
  4. Salt, Pepper, No-Salt mix, Turmeric, Cumin, Paprika, Cayenne, Curry??
  5. Try baking in muffin tins
